Another big day!

After our morning walk and breakfast, we watered the ferns and other potted plants on the front and back porch. Then we picked zucchini and flowers from the garden. (The garden is looking rough because the Japanese beetles got the bush beans and the pole beans, and Ringo has been eating the tomatoes. So, no pictures.)

And then we picked the blueberries and blackberries from the back bed.

Later we met our friends for lunch and a CHOM date. Olivia was very excited to go in.

Anna is picking apples in the picture, and Olivia is getting stones out of the river. I gave her her pacifier because she kept putting stuff in her mouth.

Here, Anna and Olivia are grilling iceberg lettuce.

When we got home, it was time for a nap. Olivia wanted to take it in her new hideout--Puck's crate. Needless to say, that didn't happen.
