IKEA weekend!

Juliet and I met in Charlotte on the weekend of the tenth for a great weekend of IKEA shopping, pedicures, visiting, eating, and sleeping! I love Juliet—my friend from when Nicholas and I lived at Shagbark while we were at Clemson—and we always pick right up where we left off. It had been a year this time since I had last seen her—too long. 

We also made a quick trip to UNC Charlotte’s botanical gardens for a walk and I got my only picture of the weekend. Ha!!

It was great to get away and great to get back! The kids had fun with Nicholas and I bought a ton of stuff for Nicholas to put together....

Consequently, our dining room table is now free of Legos!!!!!! Can I get a “woot woot!!”
