We bought a house!!

What?!! We put an offer in on a house in our neighborhood with a flatter lot, bigger backyard, and awesome first floor master, and we got the house! Closing day on our current house, which we put up for sale right after we bought the other one, is on July 27. Everything is going smoothly so far! Nicholas has been a dream at getting things done!

    Woot! Once again you will have a stunning kitchen and master bath. The screened in porch looks bigger than your last one; is it? I'm so glad it all worked out. Hooray!!
