The list never ends...

So, this was my list a couple of weeks ago. Let's see how I am doing:

1. Edge all the flower beds (front and back). I've started the front beds.
2. Trim all bushes (right now it looks like our house has been abandoned with the overgrowth.) Done.
3. Finish the beds on the back hill. We decided to hire it done. They finished up day #2 today and they still aren't done! Two men working for two days and they still have more. I'm so glad I didn't try to do this myself. I'll take pictures when they finish.
4. Dig up raspberry bushes and vegetable garden and plant blueberry bushes (which are MUCH easier to maintain). Not even started.
5. Mulch all beds. The back beds will be mulched as the hired guys are doing it. The rest, I think, are going to wait until spring.
6. Wash baseboards in all rooms of the house. (In addition to the weekly cleaning of everything...which seems to take a week as I do bathrooms one day, floors one day, kitchen one day, etc. since I do it during Olivia's naps.) I am doing this a couple of rooms at a time on the same day I wash floors. I am about half way through the house.
7. Put 4-month pictures in the album. Done. Now I need to order the pictures from Olivia's 4-month photo shoot, and random 5th month photos I took. Grandparents and siblings need to let me know the pictures they want and sizes, or I will just order the ones I think are best and send them to you.
8. Clean out office; bring books home and organize. (They haven't kicked me out of my work office since they haven't hired anyone yet.) I decided to just take two reusable grocery bags with me on Wednesdays and stuff them full. I am about 1/3 - 1/2 out.
9. Get new bedskirt for guest bedroom. Put it on. Done. Plain navy from Target.
10. Get new side table for Olivia's room. Take mine back. Done. Target, you saved me again! Also, I bought it, but Nicholas did the actual moving and reorganizing.
11. Pack up small pack 'n play. Done and in the attic.
12. Wash curtains, iron, hang again. Plan to start this on Thursday. I have been keeping up with regular laundry and ironing, though!
13. Wash our duvet cover. Done.
14. Hang pictures in office. Nicholas wouldn't let me do it on my own, so I am waiting for him to tell me when WE can do it.
15. Start going to Children's Hands On Museum on Monday afternoons with Olivia and some other mothers and their babies from the neighborhood. The other moms backed out on me. I'll try calling them this weekend for this coming Monday.
16. Start going to reading time at the library on Wednesday mornings. Scheduled for tomorrow. The problem has been that Olivia naps during story time, and I hate to interrupt her. I'm going to do it tomorrow, though. We'll see how that goes.
17. Get out Halloween decorations. Since we aren't going to be here and since Charlie has come and gone, I kind of feel like, "Why bother?"
18. Figure out how to get to one yoga class a week and start going. Doing it on my own just isn't as challenging...because I don't challenge myself! Nicholas says it is a go for Thursday at 5:30! Here's hoping!
19. Help Nicholas finish the bookcase. Yeah, this project will never get finished. It is the project that never ends. I just want to come home one day and it be magically done.

  2. Oh my god --- I cannot believe that this is only half of your Math books. We need to rent a storage unit!
