It’s been quite a ride! The kids check out was different, the kids going back to school was different, and moving was different this time since I wasn’t pregnant. We had help, but we did almost all the packing ourselves. The movers came and packed just a little bit on July 25, loaded us up on July 26, we closed on our new house and our old house on July 27, and we moved into the new house on July 28! We LOVE it! We are a little more than two weeks in to our new house and we’re feeling pretty at home! The temptation is to stop unpacking, but we are powering through. Nicholas has worked SO hard for us! We are grateful that things came together so smoothly for us to get this house, and we are excited to live here a long, long time.
I somehow missed this! I love the tea balcony and that your new house is becoming a home. I love the backyard! How nice for kids to run and play and not be immediately in your neighbors lawn. Hooray for room to move around.
