Eating, drinking, and playing

Olivia is eating finger foods really well--ham, bread, cheese, spaghetti, all kinds of fruit and veggies. And she is getting better and better at her sippy cup:



She is also playing with Ringo in new ways. They play tug-of-war, and Ringo is impressively gentle with her, but I haven't been able to get it on tape. Here is the closest so far:

We had a play date with someone I met at book club and her daughter who was born a few days before Olivia. Although Olivia is more mobile, that sweet girl is talking!! She can say "banana" and "dog." I heard her say "dog" when her mom prompted her as they were looking at Ringo and Puck. Pretty amazing!
